1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing TitanNetwork (herein referred to as "the Server" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the community rules, and may be terminated by TitanNetwork administrators at any time.

3. User Conduct

As a member of the TitanNetwork community, you agree not to:

  • Violate any of the official server rules listed on rules.html.
  • Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
  • Use any cheats, hacks, or third-party software that grants an unfair advantage.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain or to harm the service.
  • Impersonate staff members or other players.

4. Virtual Items and Donations

Any donations or purchases made to the Service are considered voluntary support. Virtual items, ranks, or currency received in return have no real-world value and may be revoked if you violate these Terms or the Server Rules. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on TitanNetwork's Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. TitanNetwork makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall TitanNetwork or its administrators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications

TitanNetwork may revise these Terms of Service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to TitanNetwork's Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the server administrators reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
